Cleanest hotel room ever stayed in, with recently renovated cozy rooms. Loved the large viewing deck for sunset and the chairs outside the room to relax. Conveniently located with shops, eateries, and even an amusement park within walking distance. Great value for money with affordable rates.

Disliked the lack of a pool and no coffee/tea in the room. Basic breakfast options and dry bagels were a letdown.

The value for the money at this little hotel was fantastic. The room was neat and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view from the window. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Hot Springs and downtown area. The staff was very accommodating, making changes to my travel plans and providing excellent customer service.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the breakfast room opened earlier to accommodate those with early reservations for activities like rafting or hiking. Coffee should at least be available by 6am.

The staff was extremely friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. it is an affordable and clean place to stay, close to downtown and the hot springs.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to downtown and the hot springs. We also loved the fact that the inn had a fridge and microwave, making it convenient for us to store and heat up snacks for the kids. it was a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend to other families.

For dads, it would be great if the inn had a small playground or outdoor play area for the kids.
