upon checking into my room, it was relativly dirty with unsightly stains everywhere. also, the rude staff in the restaurant didn’t let us in when we arrived a minute early, calling us liars! for the price, one woudl think i would at least receive a complimentary bottle of water. disapointing, i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Lekker spot for the Hoover Dam! Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfy. The casino was a jol, open all night, and the food from the lobby was decent. Plus, the location is perfect for adventuring out to the dam.

But man, the smoke smell hits ya when you walk in—kinda off-putting. Could've done without that, honestly.

For a convenient late-night snack, the General Store has a wide variety of options available at all hours.

Casino machines offer minimal payouts!!! The room heater is excessively noisy!!! Ice should be readily available on each floor, not just at the front desk!!! Toilet height was far too low, making it a struggle for older guests!!!

The room was a good size and clean. staff were friendly. The location is right next to a walking trail. A small convenience store nearby is handy for snacks. The casino area was lively too!

We loved hiking the River Mountain Loop Trail right from the hotel's parking lot. Our stay was filled with laughter and unforgettable family moments.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meals available.

Check-in was a breeze, and I really appreciated the little welcome bag with water and snacks! I enjoyed some relaxed time at the outdoor pool and took a dip in the jacuzzi, which was perfect after a long day. The TV channels were pretty limited, but honestly, I didn’t mind too much. 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, friendly staff, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, they helped me with evening plans. Enjoy the relaxing jacuzzi after a day of exploring. I’m coming back for a holiday!
