The spectacular views from the balcony were a highlight, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location was convenient for accessing the tribal park, and the on-site restaurant provided decent meals amidst limited options nearby. the initial room assignment was disappointing and felt poorly managed, especially being next to a car wash. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and amenities like the tiny bathroom and outdated decor could use improvement. A bit more attention to customer service would elevate the experience significantly, but the breathtaking scenery still made it memorable.

The bathroom was filthy, there was hair everywhere, and the towels were sparse—one looked used! It felt more like a budget motel than a nice hotel, which was such a letdown.

It was just an optimal selection for a momentary pause in Goulding with reasonable price. The location was stunning.

Goulding's Lodge offers a remarkable backdrop with breathtaking views of Monument Valley. The lodge is clean and comfortable, and the restaurant serves delicious meals. While there is no daily maid service, the overall experience, especially sunrise and sunset vistas, makes it a memorable destination.

The heating and air conditioning in our room worked well, ensuring we were comfortable regardless of the outside temperature. we were disappointed that there were no electric kettles available in the kitchen to make a quick cup of tea or coffee. The sitting area in our room was cozy, and we appreciated having a small dining table to enjoy meals together. The patio outside provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the surrounding views. While the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was convenient, we did experience some connectivity issues during our stay. The room came equipped with basic toiletries, which was a nice touch, but we were surprised to find that there was no washing machine available for guest use. The cookware and kitchen utensils provided were sufficient for our needs, but we would have appreciated a wider selection of items. The presence of an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV added to the convenience of our stay. we found the carpeted floors in the room to be a bit worn and in need of replacement. the lodge offered a grocery shopping service, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The on-site shops and commercial services were convenient, but we did not have the opportunity to explore them fully. We did not utilize the shuttle service during our stay, but we heard from other guests that both free and paid shuttle services were available for transportation around the area. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the lodge were helpful for planning our sightseeing activities.

Every room provides a breathtaking view of Monument Valley, making it easy to enjoy the stunning sunsets right from the terrace, and the sunrise from the balcony was an unforgettable experience; plus, the property's proximity to notable sites like Goulding's Trading Post Museum, just a few steps away, and the iconic Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park, less than 4 km away, made our weekend exploration effortless and memorable, with many walking trails for leisurely strolls. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the bed linens were a bit rough, but this minor flaw didn’t take away from the overall fantastic experience.

Visiting the Museum brought to life Harry and Mike's Hollywood connection in Monument Valley, surrounded by breathtaking red rock formations and the iconic valley views. Enjoyed a delicious Navajo burrito at the locally inspired restaurant.

My children wanted more outdoor activities for families with kids.

We stayed in a suite with a beautiful view of Monument Valley. It felt like a small house, featuring a full kitchen minus an oven, and two separate sleeping areas. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked effectively, though it occasionally changed fan speeds noisily. There were too many light-emitting devices, making it hard to sleep. The bathroom was a bit neglected, with hair in the tub. the fridge was noisy. Despite these issues, the amenities were convenient, and the location offered stunning sunrises from our porch.
