We recently stayed at a hotel in Miami Beach, and the proximity to the ocean and beautiful white beach was the only thing we liked about it. the hotel had a nice, clean atmosphere and the staff were helpful. the rooms had beautiful views with small sun decks, and the hotel provided all the amenities we could ask for. the manager on duty went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when we had an issue with our balcony. the property was amazing and made our first trip to Miami enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with two pools and two jacuzzis to choose from. The beach access was excellent, and the hotel is located in a quiet part of Miami Beach, but still just a short drive from South Beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Amy at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel also offers a complimentary welcome drink and has a great happy hour at the bar from 4-6pm. The food, especially the room service, was delicious.

For the money we paid, we got great value at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The hotel rooms were really nice and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our Christmas stay. the pool area was also great, offering a refreshing place to relax and enjoy the holiday season. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, allowing us to explore and make the most of our vacation.

The additional fees for things like parking and resort amenities were not clearly communicated to us, resulting in a significant increase in our expenses. It felt like a disappointing end to what could have been a great holiday experience.

Loved the beautiful beach, crystal-clear waters, and comfortable rooms. I did have to wait for a bed at the beach, but the views more than compensated. I'd recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved the stunning ocean views from my room and the amazing pool area that led directly onto the beach. The rooftop adults-only pool and bar were my favorite part with breathtaking views of the ocean and the city. It was such a pleasant surprise when the hotel sent a lovely bottle of champagne to my room to celebrate my honeymoon. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to South Beach but in a quiet area, and it was great to have a Publix and Starbucks just one block away.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased to find that the hotel offered extremely clean and well, decorated rooms. the staff was always helpful and accommodating, providing us with great service and a smile. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its key location, as it was within walking distance to restaurants and a Starbucks. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenience of having Flanigan’s sports bar and restaurant nearby, where we had delicious meals at great deals.

There were a few aspects that we found less desirable during our stay. we were disappointed that there was no minibar or complimentary bottle of water in the room, especially considering the high price we paid.

The pool and beach service was great. the pool was super nice. I loved the lobby and bar areas, and the staff, especially the bartenders, were nice.

The food and drinks were not great. Some items were tasty, like the Waygu burger and fish tacos, but others were disappointing.

I had a fabulous stay at this place! The location was great - a bit far from the strip like ocean drive, but it was quiet and had all the amenities I would want in a resort town. I loved that it had two bathrooms with showers and an outside deck, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Kathelen at the frontdesk. The hotel offered a variety of services like room service, car hire, and laundry. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as a flat-screen TV and in-room air conditioning. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing, and I enjoyed spending time on the sun terrace. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel is a bit far from everything, but it is worth it for the luxurious experience it offers. I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

Friendly, helpful staff that enhance the upscale vibe of the area, which is quieter and less touristy than others. Excellent food with the luxury lounge chairs and parasols on the beautiful beach.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the incredible view from the lobby and skybar, along with the friendly bartenders. The hotel room with two bathrooms was a great convenience for us, allowing us to get ready at the same time. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, comfortable beds, and soft towels added to the overall experience. The beachfront location and multiple pools and jacuzzis provided plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun.

Felt fantastic, no reason to complain.
