Perfectly positioned for weekend strolls and quick bites

I loved how easy it was to explore the area with plenty of nearby attractions like the Biloxi Lighthouse, just over 6 km away, and great dining options like McDonald's a few steps down the road; plus, the hotel provided a comfy retreat after a day of walking with clean rooms, a sparkling pool, and hot coffee available 24/7, but the breakfast could use an upgrade as it wasn't the best we've had.

Clean rooms with great amenities like air conditioning, a microwave, and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was perfect, and I loved the view of the pond. Free breakfast was a plus! The pool was clean, and Cheryl from housekeeping was super friendly, always checking in on us. Excellent location and a solid staff made for a comfortable time.

Room card mishap.

I specifically requested a room near the elevator due to my disability, and they completely ignored it. To make matters worse, the TV was out, and it took forever for anyone to respond to my calls. Super disappointing!

The lack of cleanliness was shocking; the elevator and room were dingy, with stained blankets and peeling paint. A strong smell of pet urine lingered near the entrance, and the noise from a barking dog added to the discomfort. Breakfast was decent, yet the overpricing left a bitter taste. With a group of 24, disappointment echoed through the experience. Better options are definitely out there.
