I recently stayed at Hotel Breakwater for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Despite our room overlooking a lively bar next door, the talented group performing made it an enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the upgraded bathrooms were a nice touch. The pool area, though small, had a charming ambiance. the location was perfect, right by the beach and surrounded by great bars. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.

During our recent stay in South Beach, we found a hotel that was close to everything. It was just a stone's throw away from the beach and right on the strip to everything. The room was great, with a large bathroom and amazing water pressure. We were also impressed with how polite and pleasant the staff was. The breakfast served a la carte at a nearby sandwich place was also a great perk. We enjoyed the free bikes, towels, and beach chairs, too.

The loud music from a nearby bar/disco was a bit of a downside to this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring that I had everything I needed for my beach outings. They even provided chairs and towels for my convenience. The breakfast at Redhead Sandwiches was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided me with enhanced comfort and luxurious amenities that made my stay truly enjoyable.

We loved staying here! The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who wants to be at the center of the action. It is located in a prime area for fun, right in the heart of South Beach. We were so close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The hotel also had great service, from the welcoming staff to the warm and helpful manager. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The room amenities were also fantastic; we had everything we needed, from an ironing board to a mini bar. Plus, the fitness studio and leisure area were just what we needed to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The noise level is unbearable, as parties and bands play loudly each night. Additionally, the valet fee is steep and the room quality is poor.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Pablo and Freddy, were so attentive and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was close to all the great restaurants and nightspots. Plus, the fact that the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast was a fantastic bonus.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. Firstly, there was no fruit available on the breakfast buffet, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we encountered a safety issue during our stay, as there was a shooting nearby which resulted in the police blocking off the area, preventing us from accessing our room. This incident disrupted our plans and almost caused us to miss our flight home.

The staff, especially Henry and Pablo, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their exceptional service added to our overall positive experience. We also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the area. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, as long as it fits into our budget.
