As a timeshare owner, I was pleased with the helpful and service-oriented staff, especially Karen at the pool shack. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained with a stunning ocean view. The pool area was easily accessible from our building, making it convenient for our family. The big pool was a hit with our kids, and we appreciated the well-positioned BBQs around the grounds. Our condo was spacious, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. it was a pleasant and affordable resort experience.

The workers at The Point were incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and the size was very spacious. The bar by the pool had an awesome guy serving drinks and he even let us buy six cups of cooked rice for our dinner. The price we paid for our stay was very fair.

I was pleased with the friendly and helpful staff at Hilton. They were able to accommodate our request for three condos in the same building, with one having a fantastic ocean view. The pool area was easily accessible from our building, and the poolside bar and grill were a nice addition. The condos were equipped with a great kitchen and supplies for cooking our own meals.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious bathrooms and well-equipped kitchens. You can enjoy breakfast out on the balcony while listening to the waves crash on the beach. The swimming pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With amazing facilities, excellent service, and lovely views, this resort is highly recommended.

The highlight of my stay was the phenomenal service I received from Zada at the bar and Jamie, the manager. Zada was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, while Jamie went above and beyond to resolve any issues I had and ensure my satisfaction. I was truly impressed by their dedication and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Vacation Club and I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Kauai.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were huge, with two bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals. The location was perfect, as it was close to Poipu Beach for snorkeling. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including the beautiful gardens and pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to do early check-in and use the facilities after check-out. We also loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, as well as the stunning views of the sunrise and sunset from our patio.
