Great location and friendly vibes

We loved how close this place was to the aquarium and Olde Mystic Village. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool movie nights and the cozy fire pit area. The rooms felt spacious, but the beds were really hard. trash cans are way too small for more than a day’s worth of garbage.

The location is great for exploring Mystic attractions and the staff are friendly.

Our room was far from the elevator, which was annoying. Check-in was a mess as someone else was already in our assigned room.

During my recent stay at Hilton Mystic, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and quality of the hotel. Maria, the receptionist, was particularly amazing, providing a warm welcome and helpful information. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations, with a glamorous ambiance that was far from basic. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Essex, Clinton Outlets, Stonington, Watch Hill RI, and Newport. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with friendly staff ensuring a wonderful start to the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Old Mystic Village and the Aquarium. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the service is friendly. The staff is helpful and courteous. The hotel is close to all the attractions and the room was clean and comfortable. The design of the hotel is upscale and inviting.

Pleasant surprise: broken glass on wall promptly cleaned. Clean rooms, easy check-in. Good-looking food, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice hangout spaces, busy but clean pool. Robes a nice touch. Great location.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel for two days. The location was perfect, right in front of the aquarium, and close to downtown. We were pleased with the quality of service that we received from the staff, especially the front desk who went out of their way to help us and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room amenities were fantastic, including the ironing facilities, hair dryer, and mini-bar. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the happy hour in the bar area. The staff kept the hotel and rooms exceptionally clean and well-maintained. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a nice place to stay.
