the location was private, we enjoyed the amazing views. heating was absent, making nights cold.

what an absoluteley terrible experience! the walls are paper thin, so I had to endure my neighbor's arguments all night. plus, construction was happening right next to me, how charming! and just when I thought it couldn't get worse, no one even thought to offer me a room upgrade for my troubles. I just couldn’t.

The location is unbeatable, situated right behind stunning waterfalls and near numerous hiking trails. The views from the room are breathtaking, making every moment feel special. The staff in the cafeteria are friendly and offer a variety of good food options.

Amazing location right in Yosemite Valley, super close to trails and a shuttle stop outside! The food options were varied—definitely enjoyed the fresh-cooked meals. Also, staff were super friendly and helpful! 😊

Housekeeping could be more consistent, and there was some hassle with getting our luggage to the room.

Staying at Yosemite Valley Lodge was an absolute dream! The breathtaking views from my room made every moment unforgettable, and the easy access to beautiful trails like Mirror Lake was a huge bonus. The dining options were delightful, catering to all tastes, which kept our bellies happy after a day of exploring!

The room was decent with a comfy bed and great views of the trees outside. No AC, but it cooled off at night thanks to the ceiling fan, so I slept well. The bathroom had good amenities too. Just didn't love that the room felt a bit outdated and there was no clear info for the TV setup, which was a pain. There’s a nice food court nearby for easy meals after a long day out.

Convenience is key when you're in the wild! ! The updated dining options and quick service at the Base Camp Eatery really hit the spot after a long day of hiking—we devoured the chicken Caesar salad and it was FRESH! Loved sitting on the balcony of our room, listening to the Merced River roar—it was pure bliss every night.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but considering the location, it was still alright.
