My stay at Barcelo Bavaro Palace was absolutely incredible. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and a stunning beach filled with palm trees for shade. We decided to upgrade to the Premium level and it was definitely worth it. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, everything was so relaxing and enjoyable. The palace itself was fabulous, with an adult swimming pool and a bar right on the beach. Although the food was just okay, the overall experience was amazing.

The food and drinks were amazing at the bars, restaurants, and buffets. The Italian restaurant and beach were good. The gym had a good space and equipment. The welcome birthday cake and gift were thoughtful.

The property is beautiful with great amenities and activities for young people. The Japanese and French restaurants are particularly good. The adult pool and bartenders are fantastic. Water aerobics and dancing on the beach are enjoyable. The Michael Jackson show is fantastic. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly, and the shops have reasonable prices. The buffets and restaurants offer amazing meals. The location is great and the resort is family-friendly.

This place is amazing! The beautiful beach area is just in front of the location, and there is a shopping area just across from the casino. The staff is very kind and they make sure to keep the rooms impeccable. I loved the fact that they provide room service, car hire, and airport shuttle service. Additionally, the poolside snack bar is perfect for a quick bite.

Pro: The resort had a wide range of facilities and activities to cater to our vegetarian and vegan preferences. We loved the variety of dining options available, including ethnic cuisine restaurants that offered plant-based dishes. The buffet had plenty of vegetarian choices and the staff was accommodating to our dietary needs.

We felt really comfortable during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always attentive and helpful.

The hotel has everything you need, including shops, medical facilities, and a laundry service. The airport shuttle service was efficient, making our travel experience hassle-free.

We can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff members, from the guys trimming the trees in the morning to the maids, were all so helpful and accommodating.

This resort located on Bavaro beach is well-suited for the competitive all-inclusive market. The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, with the option to make omelettes. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and with careful attention to detail. In some rooms, the bathroom design could be improved to provide more privacy. The resort has excellent facilities and guests can enjoy a variety of free water sports, mini-golf, and a casino next door. The view of the beach is stunning, and some rooms have a beautiful ocean view.

The communication with the staff can sometimes be difficult due to some language barriers.
