Communication was a concern, especially regarding room requests—emails went unanswered. With a crawling baby, cleanliness was critical, yet the floors were neglected. For proximity to Disney, this place works, but improvements are necessary for a more pleasant stay.

My nieces loved the nearby boba and pizza spots. the staff’s handling of lost items was disappointing. We later found out the restaurant was closed for the weekend, which was a letdown since that was a key reason for choosing this place. The noise from housekeeping carts and a strong chemical smell in our room made it hard to relax. Nice location, but next time, I’ll look elsewhere for a better experience.

Super comfy bed and a clean room made our trip nice. It’s just a short walk to Disney, super convenient! Staff were friendly and even gave us a free room upgrade. Lots of nearby food options too. The toilet didn’t work perfectly, though, and we had a bit of trouble with that.
