A newly renovated room had constant garbage in the hallway. During the night, a power outage led to unexpected maintenance entering our room. Despite this, the room itself was clean and comfortable. Overall, I'd suggest this hotel.

Grand Traverse Resort And Spa offers private lake access on Lake Michigan with a bar, fresh towels, and a private pool. the resort also boasts an outside pool with bar & food, as well as indoor pools and hot tubs. the rooms are beautifully decorated, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy on the grounds.

The room was perfect for two people, clean with a nice bathroom, no funky smells. Felt brand new, like we were the first guests there. the staff did a great job cleaning up and keeping everything fresh.

Our romantic escape got a bit spoiled. the indoor pool was closed for maintenance, a major bummer since we were looking forward to a relaxing swim.

We stayed at this resort for a basketball tournament my son was playing in, and it was fantastic. the club house served delicious food, especially the burgers. the staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to change our check-in date, and the property is beautiful with plenty of activities to enjoy.

Additionally, the quiet ambiance made our stay peaceful and enjoyable, exactly as we had requested.
