The bathroom was decent in size, but there were issues. The walls were thin, leading to noisy nights with loud neighbors. There was a noticeable gap in the door, allowing outside sounds to seep in. The carpet felt damp upon arrival, and some areas showed signs of wear. Temperature controls were effective, keeping the space cool. The staff was friendly, though there were service hiccups regarding requests and noise complaints that could have been handled better.

The hotel had its ups and downs. The elevator took forever to arrive, so we had to use the stairs with our luggage. Check-in was a nightmare, and our dated room had maintenance issues. However, the location was great with nearby attractions, and the free breakfast for kids was a nice touch. The false fire alarm was unsettling, but the staff was kind enough to offer a discount.

The shuttle situation was a joke! We thought we’d have a direct ride to Magic Kingdom, but ended up shuffling between stops and wasting time. The wait at Animal Kingdom felt like forever, and communication was awful throughout.

This hotel is right in the heart of all the excitement, just a couple of miles from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld, making it super convenient for anyone wanting to explore the theme parks while still being close to great dining options like the Applebee's attached to the hotel, which stayed open when other restaurants had to close; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area with the Tiki Bar is perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking around, but traffic outside can be a bit hectic at times.
