Bathroom had mold and maintenance didn't fully address it. Location by the beach is fantastic and breakfast was tasty.

The room had great amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Loved the comfortable beds and the welcoming lobby smell. Breakfast was good, but could use more fruit. The pool was a perfect temp and the fitness center was nice too. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It had potential but recognized areas needed attention for a more restful stay.

I had a rough time at this hotel. First, I walked into a room where someone was already there! Then, the toilet wouldn't flush, and it took ages for them to bring a plunger. Just a frustrating experience overall!

The location is a dream, right on the beach, and the pool area is fantastic. Room 802 blew me away—spacious, clean, and the living room layout was unique. Breakfast had variety, but I wish there were better housekeeping services; I was told beds wouldn’t be made for short stays. Liz at the front desk was a pure joy, but some staff weren't as attentive to issues like our curtain and mold in the bathroom. With features like a tiki bar and beautiful views, there’s so much to love, but a few missed details left room for improvement.

During our recent stay at the Hampton, we had a mix of experiences that I feel compelled to share. Let's start with the positive aspects. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby stores. The weather was also great during our stay, which added to the overall enjoyment of the trip. there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. the customer service left much to be desired. We had an incident at check-in where our card didn't work, leaving us locked out of our room for over an hour. The staff's response was disorganized, and they seemed indifferent to our predicament. the breakfast service was lacking, with the milk machine empty, and the staff's nonchalant response was disappointing. Another major downside was the condition of the rooms. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling, which was promptly cleaned but not to the standard one would expect. the security measures, especially in the pool area, were subpar. Despite clear signs prohibiting alcohol, guests were allowed to consume alcohol openly without any intervention from the staff. the pet-friendly policy at the hotel led to disturbances caused by barking dogs in neighboring rooms. The constant barking late at night and early in the morning was disruptive to our stay. Witnessing a dog urinating in the hallway was particularly concerning and not an experience one would expect at a reputable hotel. while the Hampton had some positives like its location and weather, the overall experience was marred by issues with customer service, room cleanliness, and lack of enforcement of hotel policies.

The room was incredibly clean, and the breakfast spread was pretty good—loved the pool and hottub; definitely a highlight! having easy parking access and a cozy lobby area made our stay even better. Being able to bring my furry friend along for the trip was a huge plus!

Floor, to, ceiling views were fab! Gym was top, notch. Staff were welcoming. The Honors app check, in was a breeze.
