Nothing, it is perfect.

The AC in the room had to run full time just to keep the room tolerable. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows and towels, though the towels were of the extra scratchy variety. The pool area was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. Location was excellent.

The lack of a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a real bummer, especially at this price point. The complimentary breakfast was barely better than continental.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, always quick and courteous whenever we needed anything. The location was perfect for us, close to shopping and events in the city without being stuck in traffic. The coffee/tea bar was great and always fully stocked.

The hotel was very clean, and we loved the shower. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do in the Charlotte area. Transportation was easily accessible, with a bus stop in the back of the hotel and options to take the bus across the street. The staff, particularly the gentleman at check-in and the breakfast lady, were friendly and efficient.

As early risers, we loved the inclusive breakfast with creative egg options and changing menu items daily. The room had plenty of mirrors, comfortable beds, and nice furniture. The friendly maintenance person introduced himself and asked if we needed anything.
