The breakfast service at this hotel is outstanding! The staff member named CiCi goes above and beyond to make your breakfast experience personalized and enjoyable. She remembers your preferences and has everything ready for you. Her attentive service truly makes a difference.

There is room for improvement in terms of soundproofing. Although everything else about the rooms was excellent, they could have been a little more soundproof.

Located in a great area with a little outdoor eating area, close to everything in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains, and easy to get from Atlanta airport. The clean room and bathroom were decent, but nothing to write home about. The staff was accommodating, but not exactly welcoming. The breakfast was average with limited options, but worth the price of the stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a view to speak of, but the facilities were updated and modern.

The walls were thin, causing a noise issue at night.

The breakfast attendant was friendly. Felt safe and secure alone. Quiet and comfortable rest. Good amenities in the bathroom. Cozy fire outside.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of options available. The Wi-Fi connection was also fast and reliable.

One downside was that the bathtub was difficult to climb into, especially for someone shorter in height. The stopper in the tub didn't stay up, causing the water to fill up while taking a shower.

The extra blanket in the closet was a nice touch, usually have to ask for one. Housekeeping service was excellent. Front desk personnel were professional and helpful. The business center was easy to use. Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable. Hotel was clean and quiet, with nice decor. Breakfast buffet was excellent, staff were friendly and courteous. Staff, particularly Amber and Sasha, were amazing and responded quickly to requests. Great location for our needs.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the rooms were all well taken care of, making it a comfortable and clean stay. Lastly, the location was very good, especially if you want to visit the North Georgia outlets. It was convenient for both shopping and exploring the area.
