We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and bright, with a balcony that overlooked a fast running creek. It was so peaceful, and the sound of the water lulled us to sleep every night. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and fluffy pillows, making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning. The hotel facilities were great, with a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which was extremely convenient.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere and avoid the hassle of driving and finding parking. the staff was also very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.

We had a negative experience with one of the hotel employees. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when we arrived and told us our room wasn't ready, even though it was past the check-in time.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to all the attractions Gatlinburg has to offer. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The parking was included and I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. The breakfast provided was delicious, especially the waffles!

This hotel is in a great location, close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. It's within walking distance to the Tram to Ober, and all the attractions on the main strip in Gatlinburg. The hotel is also very close to The National Park entrance, so it's convenient for exploring the park. The breakfast selection was great and the staff was very nice.

Great location for exploring the town, with everything within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were great. Enjoyed the balconies overlooking the river and the ease of accessing my favorite restaurants.

Some minor issues with cleanliness in the bathroom that needed attention. the noise level outside the room late at night affected sleep quality.

This hotel is conveniently located near the National Park entrance and downtown. The free breakfast was delicious and the pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The highlight was the beautiful and peaceful stream right off the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with close proximity to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and plenty of delicious restaurants within walking distance. The view from our room's balcony overlooking LeConte Creek was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

I stayed at a hotel right on the main street and it was in a very good location. I was able to walk to most of the local attractions, which was great. The hotel’s restaurant was excellent and had a good selection of food. The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcomed.

Directly on The Parkway, this hotel is in a great area to walk to local attractions. Rooms with a balcony view of LeConte Creek are beautiful and the staff provides great service. The free breakfast is delicious with fresh-baked cookies for dessert.
