This was our second visit to Valentin and both times were amazing! It's very close to the airport, making travel quick and easy. The food at all the restaurants is fantastic, including the lunch and breakfast buffets. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beach and pools are also clean and great for relaxing. The staff is friendly and happy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing beach and pool, clean and well-maintained. Plenty of chairs and great service from the wait staff. The swim-up rooms were a perfect choice, with a private patio and excellent service for drinks and food.

Limited restaurant options for dinner, would have preferred a buffet for more variety. The towel game was a bit frustrating, with people saving chairs early in the morning.

Great staff and quick issue resolution. Beautiful beaches, expansive and warm pools. Responsive, courteous, and professional hotel staff. Fun entertainment team. Would definitely go again.

We had an amazing time on our city trip! the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were both great bonuses. the hotel was in the perfect location, close to all the best restaurants and attractions. the sunset view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.

The loud street noise late at night, but that's to be expected in such a central location. the shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger.

We loved the beautiful nature reserve and the stunning beach. The restaurants were excellent, especially the French and Indonesian. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel at home. The pool was great, although it did close early. we would recommend this hotel.

The location on the beach at 7 am was peaceful and relaxing. The gardens were well-maintained and added a touch of elegance. There were a variety of restaurants onsite that were easily accessible by foot. Rooms were clean and well-stocked with amenities. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality.

The water in the sea was difficult to access due to its strong waves.

The hotel had stunning Victorian decor and the pools were really nice. I had a great room with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The variety of food was excellent and the drinks never stopped coming. The staff were always courteous and welcoming.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the luxurious amenities were beyond my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre provided the perfect escape with its relaxing sauna and professional staff that catered to my every need. the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking, surrounded by a stunning garden area. I also enjoyed the entertainment and the impeccable service provided by the staff.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the Breakfast buffet. While the food was delicious, the wait time for a table could be quite lengthy.

We got incredible value for our money at this resort! The room was fantastic, and the location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach. The staff treated us like royalty.

This was my first time at this resort and it was an amazing experience! The lobby was spacious and beautiful, and the variety of restaurants offered delicious food. The poolside activities and entertainment were a lot of fun, and the pool bar had amazing drinks. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The concierge was informative, and the baggage staff provided great service. a must-visit place!

The only downside was that there could have been more servers available poolside. Not many came around to take drink orders.

Check-in was quick, room ready early. Buggy to room efficient. Golden jnr suite well-located near lazy river and beach restaurant. Staff friendly and grateful for tips. Food good for all inclusive.
