I had a great value for my money at Hampton Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The location was perfect for my needs, and the staff, especially Felix, went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

The morning meal could have been better with warmer biscuits and gravy.

I recently had a great overnight stay at a hotel conveniently located just off the I94 and close to I69. The hotel offered good clean and comfortable rooms at a great rate. It was definitely worth the stop. The location in a nice little town with a few good restaurants nearby, including a Denny's right in the parking lot, made it even more convenient. The staff was friendly and provided basic amenities, including free Wi-Fi and multiple device connectivity. The breakfast was also impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was well, no improvements needed.

The view from the rooms is awe-inspiring, overlooking the greenery and architecture nearby.

They provided fresh coffee and tea 24/7. the room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options including fresh juice, eggs, cereals, fruits. the food was tasty and everything was clean and fully stocked.

The hotel could use a second elevator, as it became crowded and slow during peak times. Additionally, the thin walls made it difficult to sleep at night, as noise from neighboring rooms and the breakfast room kept us up.

The staff went above and beyond to provide us with valuable local recommendations. Our room on the 3rd floor was peaceful and allowed us to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the coffee in the hotel was exceptional, greeting us warmly upon arrival.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping them tidy throughout our stay. We also loved the surprise pool toys that were brought to a guest swimming with his daughter , it was a small gesture that made a big difference. Plus, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both downtown and the highway.

The only downside to our stay was the check, in process. the front desk seemed to be understaffed, and there was only one clerk handling a long line of frustrated customers.
