During my stay, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The room lacked sufficient lighting, which made it uncomfortable to navigate at night. I also faced a significant delay in hot water availability during showers, taking as long as nine minutes. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, evidenced by dirty carpets that soiled my socks after only a brief stay.

i thought it was absolutely charming to walk into a dark room with a mold smell and stained carpet, truly set the mood. the a/c was on full blast, leaving my precious child in the cold. the worst part was being given a different room, where's my complimentary upgrade for such inconveniences! almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
