During our stay, there was only one elevator operating due to ongoing renovations. However, I'm sure this issue will be resolved once the renovations are completed.

This hotel has excellent value for money. Located in a very central area, it's within walking distance of many restaurants, which is so convenient. The staff is super friendly and pays great attention to detail, like providing good hot water pressure in the newly remodeled and clean rooms with an excellent bed. Furthermore, breakfast is included in the price, which is always a nice touch.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the room had a refreshing AC. The daily breakfast was a nice touch, although it's best to get there earlier for a wider variety of options.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in a safe area of Los Angeles for three days. The spacious room with a huge shower was just perfect, and the blackout curtains and quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. I felt completely secure staying there alone. There were also many delicious dining options within walking distance, along with nail salons and convenience stores. The room had a large refrigerator and microwave, although the coffee pot didn't work properly. The shower water stayed hot and the adjustable shower head provided relief for my neck pain. The room was fresh and clean with no musty odor. my stay was phenomenal and this hotel is definitely at the top of my list.

We loved the big, comfy queen size beds and the spacious, clean rooms. The location is safe with many shops around. The outstanding receptionist Charles really added that X factor to our stay.
