our stay at the hotel was beyond our expectations. the hotel was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially hester, who was very helpful during our stay.

Wifi was slow.

We stayed at the Mayflower for a few nights at the end of our trip. It was perfect for our family and had a good price. The location near Union Square and on a safe street was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice view. We appreciated the kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge, dishes, and sink. We were able to walk to most places or take a short ride.

They even allowed us to check in early and rest after our long flight. the location was perfect, within walking distance of shopping areas. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety to choose from. the staff, location, and breakfast made for a pleasant experience.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. there was no electric jug in the room which made it inconvenient for tea or coffee.

Noisy rooms, especially if facing the street. Old windows that don't provide good noise insulation.
