As foreign tourists, we loved the convenience of the location. It's just a short drive to Niagara Falls State Park and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a luxurious touch. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was high quality. we had a great experience and would choose this hotel again on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn! We were there for a hockey tournament and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our 4-night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of items each day. The management even waived our last night's fee when we encountered some noise issues. The location was convenient and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One evening, we arrived early and asked if we could be checked in. Although they couldn't accommodate our request, they made us feel welcome and provided us with directions to nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is great, with a Bob Evans restaurant just behind the hotel and plenty of other restaurants in walking distance. Service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning and housekeeping available. We also found the shops and commercial services useful, especially the laundry and taxi service. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The towels were plentiful, and the free toiletries were appreciated. The flat-screen TV in our carpeted room was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the dining bar/lounge area where we had the buffet breakfast. The staff were highly motivated to provide superior customer service, which made our stay even better.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, with no negative aspects to speak of.

We had a fantastic time shopping in Niagara Falls thanks to the excellent location of Hampton Inn. It was so convenient to be close to all the stores, including the Fashion Outlet Mall. The staff were great and even allowed us to extend our departure time so we could enjoy a swim with my granddaughter. The room was comfortable and clean, and the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus with plenty of variety. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fabulous experience! The location was perfect, close to the Outlet Mall and the Niagara Falls area. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and great service from the staff. The complimentary breakfast was also a highlight, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hot drinks available all day and the breakfast bags to-go were a nice touch.

The lack of a decent cup of English breakfast tea was a minor issue, but not a deal-breaker.

The elevators seemed dirty and we encountered some rude staff members during our stay. the pool had strict rules with limited capacity which limited our time to enjoy it.
