The bathrooms had extra hooks on the walls, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to SUNY and downtown Main Street. The staff were also very accommodating towards our special needs nephew and made our stay extra special.

We loved the quiet location of this hotel in Oneonta. The room we stayed in was conveniently located near the exit, allowing us to use the stairway instead of the elevator. This made it easy to come and go without bothering other guests. The parking was also close to the exit, adding to our convenience. The breakfast provided was outstanding. We were able to pick it up early and heat it in our room microwave, which was a great convenience. This allowed us to avoid interacting with other guests and enjoy our meal in privacy. The hotel staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.
