This hotel is conveniently located right at the border with plenty of decent restaurants to choose from in the area for Verizon. The rooms have very comfortable beds with a refrigerator and a king-sized bed. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The breakfast included hot food, which was a nice bonus.

I had a wedding at 4:00 pm and needed to check in early. Carol, the receptionist, was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in at 12:30. Her pleasant and helpful attitude made my day! The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of food and a server who kept everything clean and presentable. The staff, including the receptionist, made a great first impression with their warm welcome and hospitable attitude. The pool was also a nice addition, and the coffee/tea/cocoa bar was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Our New Year stay was amazing! We had the best time and it was made even better by the excellent complementary snacks and drinks in our room. The location was perfect, just a few steps from all the great restaurants and shops. Plus, the hotel had amazing views of the city lights at night. The cherry on top of our wonderful stay was the delicious hot breakfast with a variety of gluten-free options available.

The slow internet. It was frustrating not being able to stream movies reliably.
