I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. it offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities that met all my needs. Secondly, the location is perfect for exploring the town's universities and dining options, with lots of great offerings nearby. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable with amenities such as a coffee maker and fridge, while the inclusion of gluten-free bread options at breakfast was a much-appreciated attention to detail.

We had an unfortunate incident where we locked our keys in our car, but the front desk at Hampton Inn was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us, and their customer service was outstanding. The hotel itself was immaculate, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently had a wonderful romantic escape at a hotel in Potsdam. the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our anniversary requests, including rose petals on the bed and a lovely gift basket with flowers. the room was immaculate and the hotel amenities, such as the pool and gym, were great. Additionally, the location was ideal, being close to the college where our daughter attends.

The only downside of our stay was the difficulty in connecting to the Wi-Fi. However, it is possible that the issue was with our phone and not the hotel's network.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a pet-friendly policy, which added extra cost and hassle for pet-owners.

Excellent clean and spacious king room, with updated workout equipment and superb breakfast options, including excellent coffee, available until 10. Friendly staff and a cozy Halloween decor created a wonderful welcoming atmosphere to the fairly new facility, that lies very close to a college. Dog-friendly option available for a fee.

The king bed with a sofa/pull-out bed and a rolling bench for one of the kids worked perfectly for us. The room was clean and had new furniture, and the beds were comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a great selection, including eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the refrigerator door opened facing the wall, which made it difficult to access.

We stayed here for a St. Lawrence University graduation and found it conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive from the campus. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. They thoughtfully decorated the room with rose petals and even surprised us with a gift basket and handwritten note. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices, with the staff ensuring everything was fresh. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
