During my stay at Catalina, I was pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated room with modern appliances and a beautiful balcony view. the location near the beach was convenient.

The location was unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the beach access. the recently remodeled room was clean and offered great value for money. Staff on-site were friendly and helpful, despite there not being a traditional reception area.

There were some small improvements needed, such as hooks for hanging towels and hangers in the closet. the lack of in-room cleaning service during the stay was a downside.

Great location just a short walk to the beach, amazing courtyard with a balcony, top, notch customer service, and top, notch safety and security measures. the rooms were nice, with updated kitchen and bathroom facilities, making for a comfortable stay.

The rooms had a strong smoke smell, triggering allergies. Additionally, the lack of an on, site office, under construction information, and various maintenance issues like filthy air vents and a rundown exterior were disappointing.
