We had a truly delightful stay at this place. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and cozy, providing us with the utmost comfort. We were particularly pleased with the lovely soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is situated in a very nice and lovely neighborhood, directly on Ebury street. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Victoria station, making it very convenient for transportation.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood in Victoria Station, with lots of picturesque streets and little shops/cafés/restaurants nearby. There is also a shopping mall across the street, which is less than a ten-minute walk from the hotel. the hotel is very close to Elizabeth Street, known for its charming shops and boutiques.

The lighting in the rooms was not great and could be improved.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The room was cozy and clean, and the hotel itself was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace were within walking distance. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous hotel in the heart of Belgravia. The location was superb, with beautiful shop fronts adorned with flowers. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were smart and welcoming. Breakfast at The Buttery downstairs was delicious, and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants with outdoor seating and heaters during the winter months.

We felt very cared for during our stay, and had no complaints whatsoever.
