I had a wonderful room with a king sized bed that was super comfy. The lobby was all decked out for Christmas, and I walked in to the smell of fresh chocolate chip cookies, just made my whole day!

It wasn’t cheap, but honestly, it was still a great deal for the experience.

Friendly staff made check-in super quick. The room was charming and well-decorated. Unfortunately, the ice machine was broken during my stay. Overall, my experience was enjoyable and I felt well cared for.

Breakfast had an excellent and diverse selection, with healthy options and delicious pastries. The room had a lingering tobacco smoke smell at first, which was disappointing but eventually resolved.

The staff were genuinely caring and offered bottled water upon check-in. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were repetitive during my stay.

the room was clean but the closet door handle fell off. the staff were super friendly and helped my husband with the wi-fi. indoor pool area was nice, though it could be warmer. breakfast was great with a fun waffle bar! !

The hotel is conveniently located near everything, and with my two boys, we enjoyed the hot breakfast and the fun mini game room. The staff was super friendly, and Kaelin from the front desk made our experience even better by assisting us promptly.

Chur, the room was nice but pretty cramped for my family, eh? Heaps of fun at the breakfast buffet, though! Shame about the pool being overcrowded, mate.

The hotel was super clean and the staff treated us like family. We enjoyed the fresh juice at breakfast. Definitely check out the nearby bowling and hiking spots for fun outdoor activities! Loved every moment of our stay!

The only downside was that I wish they had more gluten-free options at breakfast. But overall, it was a great experience!

Real nice place to rest yer head. Staff treated us like family—gotta mention how they let us use the meeting room and fixed our little mess with the white noise machine. That breakfast? Can't get enough of that western omelette! Pool was perfect for the kiddos. So close to all the fun, you ain't missin' out on nothin'.

The room had a flat-screen TV, microwave, and a cozy sofa bed. Also, a hairdryer and tea/coffee maker were handy. Super impressed with the indoor pool and fitness center. The breakfast was awesome too! Great variety, from pastries to hot items. Everything was clean and the staff was on top of things. Highly recommend!

the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day! they had waffles and cereals, and ready at 6am which helped since we had a long drive ahead 🚗. also, the indoor pool and mini game room were fun additions!

However, I was almost tempted to set my own alarm with the noise at 1 AM! Trying to get a room change at 11:30 PM? Oh darling, that’s not how you do hospitality!
