It was just a perfect match for strolling in New York with decent value for money. The room had a mini-fridge and microwave, which really helped with snacks and late-night food. Make sure to ask for a room with better blackout curtains if you're sensitive to light.

Like, seriously, the location was just perfect! Empire State was, like, 5 minutes away. Room was super modern and comfy. The evening cookies were a cute touch! Could use some more elevators, though, 'cause we waited a bit at busy times. Totally recommend this place for that NYC vibe!

i had the displeasure of staying here recently. the room was stark and dreadfully depressing, and oh, the shower! you have to step in and suffer the icy water just to turn it on. I also can't believe i received no special treatment as a discerning guest. an upgrade would’ve been appropriate. i just couldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. arranged for late check-out and provided excellent car service. The location was ideal for our daily adventures. just a short walk to Central Park and vibrant dining options nearby.

A bit of improvement is needed on the bathroom fixtures. maybe a refresher on maintenance would elevate the experience.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, just a stone's throw from the Empire State Building. The staff exude warmth, making check-in a smooth process. Appreciated the complimentary coffee and evening cookies. The room, although cozy, was well-equipped, and I loved having a microwave and fridge for our baby's meals.
