Convenient location near popular attractions.

My experience at Home2 Suites was disappointing. The breakfast situation was chaotic. we waited 45 minutes for minimal food, and when I addressed an issue with the waffle maker, the attendant was rude and dismissive. Additionally, I had to walk a considerable distance back from the parking garage alone at night, which was unsettling, especially for someone my age. Overall, the lack of attention to guest needs really detracted from my stay.

The expansive Queen Studio Suite was a perfect retreat after days filled with urban exploration, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette for convenient meal prep. Walkability is a significant perk, given the hotel's proximity to vibrant dining and entertainment options. A downside was the disorganization during breakfast service, which sometimes led to long waits. additional variety in healthy options would be welcome. The availability of wholesome food throughout the day provided a comforting touch, making it easy to refuel after busy activities. Security staff added a sense of safety, engaging warmly with guests.

the hotel was in a really good spot for checkin out the city, we had a nice view from our room on the 11th floor which was cool. the kitchenette was super handy for making our own snacks. staff was friendly, especially abbey the concierge. plus, there were lots of food options nearby which was a plus!

but the breakfast was really chaotic, not enough hot food for the amount of guests and we had noisy street sounds keep us up at night. the cleanliness could've been better, we found some dust and dirt in corners.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were spacious and we loved the location. I even managed to fit in a workout while doing laundry in the Spin2 Cycle facility. Breakfast was tasty, but it gets busy, so plan accordingly. The neighborhood had plenty of dining options nearby, which was a plus!

On Sunday, we faced a long wait for breakfast, and as a vegetarian, I found the options limited. It was a bit of a letdown, but it didn’t ruin our overall enjoyment of the stay.

the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! our room was spacious, had a fridge, microwave, and even a dishwasher (which was handy for late-night snacks). breakfast offered a range of options and the location was perfect for exploring main attractions.

We loved the location and appreciated the convenience of doing laundry while squeezing in a quick workout at the Spin2 Cycle facility. Our spacious suite made it easy for my teen kids to relax after our adventures around downtown.

My wife says that breakfast could use more variety.

the room was spacious and included a fridge and microwave, making it feel like home. staff were super friendly and efficient. the breakfast selection was decent, though occasionally ran short on milk (perhaps some more variety would be nice).
