the hampton inn was super clean and fresh. the outdoor pool was fun, and it was great to have easy access to nearby restaurants. Christobol's customer service stood out. he was so friendly and attentive. the breakfast had a nice rotation of hot entrees each day that made our mornings enjoyable.

the fitness center could use a bit more equipment.

Friendly staff, clean room, with easy access to the nearby outdoor swimming pool and a fulfilling hot breakfast that kept me energized for exploring the area, conveniently located just minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Nothing was great

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas/Lewisville-Vista Ridge Mall! Our King Room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The huge shower was a hit with the kids, and the small gym came in handy for a quick workout. The breakfast had a great variety, including hot items and fresh fruit, keeping everyone happy and energized for our day ahead.

The pool was outside, and we couldn’t use it due to rain.

The room keys were problematic!!! I had to return to the front desk multiple times for access!!! The air conditioning was noisy and really inconsiderate for comfort!!! The paper cone cups in the workout room felt cheap!!!

During my weekend stay, I loved how close the hotel is to Andrew Brown Park East, just a short 2.5 km stroll from my room, and the family-friendly Kid Country Playground was less than 3 km away which made for great afternoon adventures. the room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast had enough variety to keep everyone satisfied for our busy days out exploring the area.

I was furious with the incompetence displayed during my recent stay. The bathroom door locked itself, and it took four hours for maintenance to resolve it, only for the same issue to happen again the following morning. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff barged in to clean our room a mere 30 minutes before checkout and carelessly disposed of $50 worth of food.

I enjoyed my stay and found the staff welcoming. I appreciated the snack bar for quick bites after long outings. Exploring the area was easy, and I loved being near attractions. I spent a day at the local lake for fishing, which reminded me of home. The overall experience felt natural during my travels, definitely making it a home away from home. Being greeted warmly was a nice touch as I adjusted to life here.

Just a bummer the outdoor pool couldn't be used because of the rain. Still, the vibe here is great and definitely worth the price!
