The room was surprisingly spacious and had a nice table for working. the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the hotel's location near downtown was convenient for my business trip.

There were a few issues during my stay. the smoke alarm in my room was disabled upon arrival, which was a safety hazard.

The staff recommended an amazing gourmet burger place nearby called Blues Burgers. The hotel's decor and furnishings were tasteful and pleasant, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.

We had a pleasant Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was great, with easy access to both Dallas and Irving. Despite a storm causing some power outages and elevator issues, the staff remained professional and provided excellent service. They worked quickly to accommodate me even when I was running late for a dinner meeting.

The noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome, even with the white noise machines in the room. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't fit well.
