We had a pleasant Christmas stay at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to both Dallas and Irving. Despite a storm causing some power outages and elevator issues, the staff remained professional and provided excellent service. They worked quickly to accommodate me even when I was running late for a dinner meeting.

The noise from the nearby highway was quite bothersome, even with the white noise machines in the room. Earplugs were provided, but they didn't fit well.
