The hotel had a stunning contemporary architecture with spacious rooms and stylish furnishings. the food was outstanding, with one restaurant serving the best food of the entire trip. the pool area was excellent, with attentive service and refreshing drinks.

The hotel management and personnel training were lacking. the staff were obnoxious, constantly seeking tips and ruining the ambiance.

The resort was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean. the rooms were modern, sleek, and comfortable, and the sound of the crashing waves was the perfect way to start and end each day. the pool area was magnificent, with an infinity pool and a salt water lazy river style pool. the staff was professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

There were a few glitches during our stay. the toilet didn't work one morning, but it was promptly fixed.

I had an amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel in San Jose del Cabo. The value for money was great and the room exceeded my expectations. The staff at the hotel treated me like royalty and made sure I felt happy and relaxed throughout my stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the cleaning staff consistently doing a fantastic job. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pools, which were perfect for small children and had fun water toys to keep them entertained. The location to the ocean was ideal, with breathtaking views and easy access. The staff were friendly, always willing to assist and answer any questions. Special mention to Cristina Gamez, the Jr. Concierge, who provided exceptional service. I also loved the on-property amenities, including the beautiful architecture and the Griffin Club.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We were impressed by the prompt and efficient service provided by the valet staff and concierge.

One of the aspects we disliked about our stay was the lack of options for those with allergies at the hotel restaurants. Although the staff was accommodating and made suggestions for alternatives, it would have been better if there were specific menu options available catering to different dietary needs.
