The Hilton Garden Inn had a great location near DFW Airport, clean rooms, and responsive staff. Breakfast starts at 6am for those with early flights. 😄

The amenities were useful, especially the

shuttle service to the airport and local attractions. I found the rooms clean and well-maintained, though I did expect a bit more decor. The staff, while generally friendly, could improve their communication, especially during check-in. Overall, not a bad stay.

i had a great stay at hilton garden inn grapvine at silverlake crossing, tx. my previous stay in grapvine was decent, but this one really exceeded my expectations. the modern look and comfort of the rooms. Excellent on-site amenities, made this party truly enjoyable.

the fridge in my room wasn't working.

The food was surprisingly good, especially the redfish which was perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the lively atmosphere with all the staff being exceptionally friendly and attentive.

I encountered some issues during check-in. they misplaced my reservation which was a hassle. Additionally, the fridge and coffee maker in the room weren’t working as expected.

no regular coffee available in rooms or lobby, overpriced breakfast options, missing luggage carts in the lobby!!! The lack of timely shuttle service was really disappointing and should be addressed!!!

Location was choice, heaps close to the airport. But the breakfast was a joke. had to order off a menu and the food was average as. Not keen to return.

Impressive place to unwind by the cozy lounge area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

the breakfast was absurdly overpriced, and the eggs were just sad. also, our shuttle driver completely forgot us, which was a disaster. i expected at least a tiny upgrade or complimentary breakfast to make up for all this, but i guess that woudl ve been too much to ask for. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Loved the fitness center and spacious rooms. The location was ideal for families with kids. Excellent shuttle service, too! The restaurant had quality food and modern decor.

Felt home care, no complaints.

The hotel is situated conveniently near some great biking trails in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. My teenagers enjoyed their time by the pool, and we appreciated the hassle-free experience with the event team for organizing a last-minute family gathering.

My kids wished there were better breakfast options for families.

During my stay, I tried the food which was really good. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. The staff made everything easy, especially when I wanted to unwind with a drink. I particularly enjoyed the access to great biking trails nearby. As someone from Italy, I appreciate nature and had a nice time exploring the outdoors. I look forward to returning in the future.
