The customer service was outstanding, especially from Lisa, who made our stay so much better. Unfortunately, the pool area looked old and the water was too cold for comfort.

However, the experience was marred by a few significant issues. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. I found some leftover items under the furniture, which wasn't pleasant. There were also some noise disturbances from other guests, making it tough to unwind at times. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was rather spotty, complicating my attempts to stay connected.

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City/Bayfront-Convention Center. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh linens and towels. Breakfast offered a delicious variety with options like waffles, eggs, and fresh fruit salad, which we enjoyed every day. The view from our room over the bay was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The indoor pool was a great spot for the kids, and everyone at the front desk, especially one staff member who helped us, was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I had a lovely stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City Bayfront-Convention Center. The spacious room was well appointed with a large bathroom and a separate coffee area. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, featuring a wide selection including fresh fruit, waffles, and eggs. The bay views from the room were breathtaking, and the convenient shuttle service to the beach added extra charm to my visit.

The bay view from our room was spectacular, and the Tiki bar was a fun spot to grab quick bites. Wendi at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making our stay enjoyable. For future guests, I recommend requesting a higher floor for a quieter experience away from street noise.

The bay view was absolutely stunning! Loved chilling at the pool all day with my chommies and the brekkie was a lekker surprise—so much variety! Super comfy beds for a good night's sleep, too!

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, had to vasbyt with that for a bit.

Spent three nights in a spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and a lovely bay view. Loved the comfortable beds and the always hot coffee in the lobby. The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit! My dog enjoyed the balcony for sunbathing. Will definitely book another stay here!

the bay view was super beautifull and the location is nice, not too far from the ocean, just a lil walk away. i loved the breakfast options like the fresh fruit salad with strawberries and blueberries. the lobby looks realy nice and cozy. the beds were comfy and the room was a good size for fams. the staff were all very friendly and offered good service.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. I loved the bay view, really made the stay special. The cleanliness was a bit off though. we found a remote under the chair after moving it. Despite that, the breakfast was great and the coffee kept us going every morning. Just a heads up, the bathroom handle was loose, which could be annoying. Overall, a lovely spot with great amenities, just needs a bit more attention to detail.

the room was a bit musty when we arrived. but the outdoor pool was great and had plenty of chairs. the breakfast options were solid and the staff at the tiki bar were super friendly. would stay again for sure
