I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooftop pool was stunning with breathtaking views, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The blend of comfy beds and stylish decor truly made my room feel like a serene retreat.

Location was fab and the rooms were lovely! Got lucky with an early check-in and that tub was a dream! Got to say, the pool looked inviting, but January isn’t exactly swimming weather, is it?

However, having an empty body wash in the shower? That’s just rude! Almost felt like a treasure hunt—only I discovered nothing.

Great layout in my room with a nice city view. The pool area was enjoyable and well-maintained. I appreciated the spacious room and comfortable amenities. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel's proximity to downtown attractions was a plus. Overall, a solid choice for my stay.

The rooftop pool and hot tub were beautiful and a must to visit for the warm Arizona weather.

Cleanliness was lacking, as the overflowing trash bins in the hallways really detracted from the experience.

Early check-in by Jennifer was a highlight, making our arrival seamless. The pool bar experience with friendly staff added a relaxing touch to our stay.

The gym was killer! Open 24 hours, I was pumping iron while everyone else was still sleeping. We also hit up the pool bar, had some loaded tacos that almost knocked me out, and they were just $5 for extra.

It wasn't cheap, but I guess for what you get, it's still ok.

The room was clean and spacious, but I found the absence of a microwave really inconvenient for leftovers. Chur for the friendly service, though!

This hotel was an excellent fit for shopping in Phoenix with good value considering the price it charged. Our room was comfortable and clean, making our stay very pleasant. For a quick snack, check out the bar in the lobby. it looked nice even though we didn't use it.

The location is perfect for accessing downtown attractions, and the spacious rooms offer a fantastic view. The eclectic British dishes at the on-site restaurant were a delightful surprise, showcasing the culinary variety available. However, the bar pool closed too early, which was a missed opportunity for enjoying sunset drinks. Additionally, I experienced a few delays in reaching the front desk by phone during my stay, adding a slight inconvenience. But overall, the friendly staff and clean amenities made it a pleasant visit.

the body wash was empty in the shower. but the staff was super friendly and quick. enjoyed the huge tv and early check-in too. the rooms are really remodeled and had a nice view!
