The Sheraton in downtown Phoenix gave me great value for my money with a comfy bed and delicious breakfast room service. The location was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.

The morning meal could have been improved by offering more variety in the breakfast options.

We had a great time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was ideal, right next to the conference center, restaurants, and baseball stadium. It was perfect for attending a conference just two blocks away and also for getting to the D-backs games. The service was outstanding, with room service and housekeeping being top-notch. The staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions for nearby restaurants. The pool and gym were also in great condition, and we had a very pleasant experience overall.

The only downside was that the hotel needed to be more efficient in cleaning up wet towels and dirty glasses left by some ignorant customers. Despite this, we would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops. It was also very close to the Convention Center, which was perfect for my business trip. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and even hailed a taxi for me to get to the airport. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in central downtown area for a conference and I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location. It was only a 2-minute walk to the convention center and yet, it was quiet. Their room amenities were great too, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and more. Their staff, from check-in to check-out, were very welcoming and provided quality service. They even offered a welcome drink and a happy hour for all guests.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends who are looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Located in the middle of a desert mall with a few small eateries, this hotel is still close to the airport and convention center, making it fairly convenient. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable with great views of the city. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and highly efficient, and the breakfast is tasty and filling. There is a lounge bar in the lobby, alongside a gym and various dining options.

The options for snacks and drinks in the lobby shop are very limited.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: The location of this hotel was perfect for my xmas vacation. It was conveniently located near the arena where I wanted to watch a game. Additionally, the club level lounge offered a great selection of food and beverages, including a Jura Capressa super-automatic cappuccino machine which made delicious coffee drinks in the morning.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides to my stay.
