Harborside Inn Reviews
I recently stayed at Harborside Inn for a few nights and it was a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing us with an upgrade and a voucher for a complimentary drink. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The view from room 804 was stunning and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is also located right next to a T line, making it convenient to get around the city.
I do recommend this hotel.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, being right next to a T stop on the Blue subway line, which made our transfer from the airport incredibly easy. It was so convenient to have such easy access to transportation. The hotel was also so close to everything, making it a great base to explore all the different neighborhoods of this city. We loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and even the Boston Harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with parking even though we didn't have a car. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the bathroom and shower were lovely. we couldn't have asked for a better location or more helpful staff.
Not one thing.
I recently stayed at the Harborside Inn for a few nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with attractions like the Long Wharf, the North End, and the market all within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and the refreshing shower. a great stay!
I do recommend this hotel.
Great location, friendly staff, late checkout, clean room, comfy bed, useful safe, convenient transportation, nearby attractions.
Great location within walking distance to popular attractions, bars, and restaurants. Clean and affordable with friendly staff. Amazing view from the high floor room with a comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. a pleasant stay.
This hotel is situated right at the heart of downtown, making it effortlessly accessible to all the different neighborhoods, sightseeing and subway. It is also in close proximity to the airport. The rooms are pretty, calming, spacious and clean. The friendly staff is always ready to lend a helping hand if guests require anything, making for a memorable experience. Guests can enjoy stunning window views and a clean, well-maintained bathroom with a fridge and table as per their convenience.
The hotel could improve its WiFi connectivity.
We loved the location, within walking distance of Quincy Market and Fanueil Hall. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient for our morning coffee. Despite a small issue with our room upon arrival, the staff quickly resolved the issue. I recommend this hotel.
The Harborside Inn was a great value for the money and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location right in front of the Blue Line Aquarium stop was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and helpful throughout our stay.
The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.
The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was spacious and had a huge mirror, which I loved. The bed was super clean and comfy, and the heating was a lifesaver in the freezing weather. The bathroom was also spacious with a nice shower, and the towels and cleansers were changed daily. The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to Faneuil Hall, TD Garden, the aquarium, and the harbor. The staff was prompt and called me immediately when I left my debit card behind in the room. They were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement by offering more than just a Starbucks.
the perfect location, right by the subway and within walking distance of major attractions. Comfortable and clean room with helpful amenities like a safe and guest computers. Check-in was early and the staff were responsive. Highly recommended.
lack of privacy in atrium-facing rooms.
Room was clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving good advice on local activities. The hotel was well-located, with easy access to public transport and several attractions close by. The complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast were a nice touch.
The noise level was an issue, with doors slamming and voices carrying throughout the hotel. The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. The decor was outdated and in need of refurbishment. The shower was difficult to regulate, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature, and the water pressure was poor. the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.
The hotel is in a great location, right near the Aquarium stop on the T and close to Quincy Market. It's so convenient to have the subway right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities that we needed, including a queen bed.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of everything. We were able to walk to Quincy market and the harbor, and the Aquarium stop on the T was right outside. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge mirror that we really liked. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the heating system was a godsend during the freezing weather. The bathroom was also spacious and had a great shower. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we loved that they provided shower gel and mouthwash. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a convenient location.
Great location for exploring Fanuiel Hall/Quincy Market and the North End. Close to Aquarium and waterfront. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and quiet cabin room with comfortable beds. Reasonably priced drinks at the bar/lounge with live music. Modern touches blended with the charm of the retained brick walls. Convenient parking at the nearby 75 State Street garage.
Felt fine, no complaints whatsoever.
This hotel is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are on point. The rooms with atrium views are absolutely stunning, and the location is unbeatable. You can step right outside to the Aquarium stop on the T, and Quincy Market is just a stone's throw away.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
