The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing us with an upgrade and a voucher for a complimentary drink. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The view from room 804 was stunning and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is also located right next to a T line, making it convenient to get around the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, being right next to a T stop on the Blue subway line, which made our transfer from the airport incredibly easy. It was so convenient to have such easy access to transportation. The hotel was also so close to everything, making it a great base to explore all the different neighborhoods of this city. We loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and even the Boston Harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering assistance with parking even though we didn't have a car. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the bathroom and shower were lovely. we couldn't have asked for a better location or more helpful staff.

The rooms are pretty, calming, spacious and clean. The friendly staff is always ready to lend a helping hand if guests require anything, making for a memorable experience. Guests can enjoy stunning window views and a clean, well-maintained bathroom with a fridge and table as per their convenience.

The hotel could improve its WiFi connectivity.

We loved the location, within walking distance of Quincy Market and Fanueil Hall. The Starbucks in the lobby was convenient for our morning coffee. Despite a small issue with our room upon arrival, the staff quickly resolved the issue. I recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to Faneuil Hall, TD Garden, the aquarium, and the harbor. The staff was prompt and called me immediately when I left my debit card behind in the room. They were helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

The shower was difficult to regulate, making it hard to find a comfortable temperature, and the water pressure was poor. the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.

Reasonably priced drinks at the bar/lounge with live music. Modern touches blended with the charm of the retained brick walls. Convenient parking at the nearby 75 State Street garage.
