the hotel was clean with a good view of the pools. it's a nice and low-key location - not too close to the strip - with great facilities and live music. mr. luckys restaurant was a standout!

I recently stayed at Virgin Hotels in Vegas for a weekend getaway. The GM was incredibly kind and attentive, even upgrading my room when I had a small issue. The food and service at the hotel's restaurants were fantastic, although a bit pricey. The highlight of my stay was the amazing bathtub in my suite. The hotel had a great range of dining options and overall, everything was excellent, from the decoration to the room comfort. I especially appreciated the zero noise in the room and the attentive staff who even provided a free baby bed.

Loved the rock-star style and the curated vinyl collection in the room. The SAFE + SOUND program made me feel safer. Rocking live music performances and delicious food and wine pairing. Flex event space with an effortlessly cool vibe.

The spacious rooms and the ability to open the windows made the stay comfortable. Special thanks to Janet, the front desk manager, for her assistance. The maintenance team, Ben and Narciso, promptly fixed the key lock, and Jeff, the bellboy. The food from the café was delicious and the pool experience was fantastic, especially with the poolside massages offered by the on-location licensed Massage Therapist. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. it was a pleasant and affordable vacation.

The self-parking is a bit of a hassle to find, and the parking attendants can be unwelcoming.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides meeting and event spaces that offer a variety of venues to amplify some of the largest national sales meetings and annual events around. The meeting spaces are all fully equipped to create a polished, professional occasion with partners that can implement A/V technology for even the most involved event.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center for quick document printing and copying needs.

The room was super cool, with edgy design and all the tech I needed. The bed was like a cloud, and the bathroom was so trendy. I felt like a rock star!

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim for my liking.

The flat screen was nice and there was a surprisingly good amount of storage space. The Wi-Fi was great and included in the resort fee. The on-site car park was large and convenient. The hotel's location, just off the Strip, was perfect to avoid traffic. The proximity to MGM Grand parking was a major plus, allowing easy access to the Strip without any traffic hassles. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel had plenty of restaurant options to choose from. it was a fantastic stay with excellent amenities and a great location.
