I stayed at this hotel when my previous reservation got canceled unexpectedly. The staff were very nice and tried to help me find another place quickly. The double queen room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The buffet breakfast had a large and delicious selection of options. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The hotel dealt with a small ant problem in the bar area promptly and gave us a discount on valet parking.

Convenient location for conferences and sightseeing, with adjacent properties and Metromover nearby. Comfortable beds and spacious, modern bathrooms with large shower heads and soft towels. Breakfast is available in restaurant with great views if the room overlooks the river. Welcoming and attentive front desk attendants, easy check-in. Nice lounge area to relax and enjoy the warm breeze after a day of walking.

This hotel is perfect for all occasions that would bring you to. It provided for all my needs and had all the amenities I required. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and equipped with a mini fridge. The location is superb, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities.

A few negatives were present during my stay. The elevators made some strange noises and were poorly illuminated, which was a bit unsettling.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its modern and fully equipped rooms. Maria Elena, the concierge, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even arranged a special birthday surprise. The hotel manager, Nick, was fantastic in resolving a room issue and ensuring our satisfaction. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The in-house store was convenient and had a delicious variety of treats. our stay was perfect thanks to the exceptional staff and amenities.

There were some noise issues, especially on the lower floors near the drawbridge, which caused disturbances during early morning hours. The rooms could use some renovation as they felt a bit old. Additionally, there were some billing issues, resulting in duplicate charges and a longer wait time for refunds, causing inconvenience and card blockage.

I had a really great stay at this hotel in downtown Miami. Firstly, the location was fantastic - right along the river and within easy walking distance to plenty of eating establishments. Being in the center of downtown made it so convenient for exploring the city. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms on the lower floors even had a nice view. What impressed me the most was how clean everything was, from the room to the common areas. Housekeeping did a great job, although there was one time when the bed was left unmade. The breakfast on the water was an added bonus, and it was included in the price. However, I think it would have been even better if they had included some warm food options. for the price I paid, the quality of this hotel was exceptional.

The Valet service at Hyatt Regency was phenomenal! The group of gentlemen were extremely helpful and respectful, going above and beyond to assist me even though I wasn't a hotel guest. I was truly impressed by their level of service and it made my visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself has undergone some changes and it looks amazing! I am definitely considering coming back and staying here. I am very satisfied with my experience.

The value for the money was excellent, with a spacious and clean room and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with a pleasant riverwalk to the mall. The hotel staff treated us well, with friendly service from Alex at the breakfast buffet and helpful assistance from Fernando the concierge and Caprice at reception.

What a great hotel experience. We arrived early and were delighted that we could check-in right away. The restaurant on the ground floor was fantastic and the staff were friendly. The ballrooms were large, and the conference staff was very helpful. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.
