I stayed at this hotel when my previous reservation got canceled unexpectedly. The staff were very nice and tried to help me find another place quickly. The double queen room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, close to everything. The buffet breakfast had a large and delicious selection of options. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The hotel dealt with a small ant problem in the bar area promptly and gave us a discount on valet parking.

Convenient location for conferences and sightseeing, with adjacent properties and Metromover nearby. Comfortable beds and spacious, modern bathrooms with large shower heads and soft towels. Breakfast is available in restaurant with great views if the room overlooks the river. Welcoming and attentive front desk attendants, easy check-in. Nice lounge area to relax and enjoy the warm breeze after a day of walking.

This hotel is perfect for all occasions that would bring you to. It provided for all my needs and had all the amenities I required. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and equipped with a mini fridge. The location is superb, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The reception area was spacious and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the room service and food were excellent, and the coffee shop was a great place to grab a quick bite. the Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the hotel, and the room itself was spacious with a great view. the vending machines on-site were a convenient bonus. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay enjoyable. the location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities.

A few negatives were present during my stay. the elevators made some strange noises and were poorly illuminated, which was a bit unsettling.

The Riverside room had a nice view. Prompt and courteous staff. Helpful and responsive housekeeping. Convenient food options. Excellent selection. Attentive and friendly staff. Perfect location. Spacious room for four people.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its modern and fully equipped rooms. Maria Elena, the concierge, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even arranged a special birthday surprise. The hotel manager, Nick, was fantastic in resolving a room issue and ensuring our satisfaction. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the river. The in-house store was convenient and had a delicious variety of treats. our stay was perfect thanks to the exceptional staff and amenities.

I had a really great stay at this hotel in downtown Miami. the location was fantastic - right along the river and within easy walking distance to plenty of eating establishments. Being in the center of downtown made it so convenient for exploring the city. The basic amenities were all in place, and the rooms on the lower floors even had a nice view. What impressed me the most was how clean everything was, from the room to the common areas. Housekeeping did a great job, although there was one time when the bed was left unmade. The breakfast on the water was an added bonus, and it was included in the price. However, I think it would have been even better if they had included some warm food options. for the price I paid, the quality of this hotel was exceptional.

Amazing staff, especially Priscilla and Sandra who were very helpful. Great location with easy access to transit systems and nearby amenities like Wholefoods and the park. - the facility was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.

The hotel needs some updates, such as repainting the doors and improving the ice machine area. The furniture in the room was functional but cheap, needing some upgrades.

The Valet service at Hyatt Regency was phenomenal! The group of gentlemen were extremely helpful and respectful, going above and beyond to assist me even though I wasn't a hotel guest. I was truly impressed by their level of service and it made my visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself has undergone some changes and it looks amazing! I am definitely considering coming back and staying here. I am very satisfied with my experience.
