Stunning views and great service

Wow, the views were just incredible! We got upgraded to a nice room with a lake view for my wife’s birthday, complete with cake and wine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could’ve been better was the slow service at breakfast, but everything else was so nice it hardly mattered.

On the edge of a serene lake surrounded by breathtaking mountains sits a world-class resort. A variety of winter activities keeps guests entertained, from ice climbing to snowshoeing. Enjoy a cozy night's sleep in a king-size room with a view of the lake. The public areas are elegant and the service exceeds expectations. A delicious breakfast awaits in a modern dining room where staff are happy to accommodate special requests. The resort boasts a shopping “mall” with wonderful souvenirs to bring home.

Only the pricier end inhibited some guests from a longer stay.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the activities organized by the hotel, including Bavarian curling and snow shoeing. the large rooms in the Mount Temple wing offered stunning views of the mountains.

We were disappointed with the lack of sound isolation in the rooms. We were reprimanded by a staff member for simply chatting in our room, and this was extremely rude and unexpected.

We stayed at Fairmont Chateau for our honeymoon and it was a dream. The location is amazing, with beautiful views of the lake. The Gold floor upgrade was definitely worth it, with perks like vegan food options and a cozy lounge. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the shower was great. The hotel even offers activities like ice skating and hiking trails. We can't wait to come back and experience it in the summer!

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly exceptional. The view of the mountains and emerald blue lake was unrealistically stunning, and the property itself was like stepping into a historic palace. We enjoyed delicious food at the Lake View Lounge while taking in the gorgeous view. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay.

We were delighted by the breathtaking views from our room, with the glacier in the background and the lake right in front of us. The gardens were also beautiful. During our stay, there were not many day trippers, making it easy for us to explore. The high-end hotel experience was definitely worth it, and we would recommend it for at least a once in a lifetime visit. we highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, history, and ambiance.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairmont. The view from our room was breathtaking, with picturesque scenes of the lake and surrounding nature. The convenience of having Lake Louise and hiking trails right at our doorstep was a major highlight. We even had the chance to spot wildlife during our scenic drive from Lake Louise to Banff. The dinner at Fairview was exceptional, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
