Great location near Disneyland. Room was clean but just felt average. Staff was super friendly, helped with a taxi to LAX. Comfy bed, big TV, shower was nice. Food court had plenty of options. Would've liked a better room since there was a funky smell, but really enjoyed the view of Disney fireworks.

Location is excellent, with easy access to the Disney parks. Early check-in and a late checkout made for a convenient stay. Customer service was exceptional. Jeannette personally checked in via text and promptly addressed our air conditioning issue. Engineering fixed it and we appreciated a generous credit. the room itself was disappointing. It felt outdated, with signs of neglect: a jammed bathroom door, dirty tub, and an unclean refrigerator. Hallways had an unpleasant odor, and housekeeping could have been more thorough. Stains on carpets and dust appeared in various corners. Despite the issues, staff responsiveness was commendable. Improvements are needed, but there’s potential here.

The location is great—just a 20-minute walk to Disneyland, which is perfect for families. Unfortunately, the room felt dated and not worth the steep price; there was mold, dirty bathrooms, and noise from other guests. Elevators took forever, and the pool was a letdown. The surprise of Mickey waffles at breakfast brightened things up a bit, but no microwave was a bummer, too. Staff was friendly, and while the patio upgrade seemed tempting, we found it was just a view of a bathroom. With all these issues, it didn’t live up to expectations.

I had such a frustrating experience! The shower wouldn’t drain, so I ended up standing in a puddle the entire time. Plus, I was charged separately for Wi-Fi—I mean, seriously, for over $1000, that’s just ridiculous!

The Disney View room was amazing - we could see Carthay Circle, The Disneyland Train Station, and the Castle all from our 14th-floor vantage point, perfect for catching the fireworks at night. The beds were comfy and having a Starbucks in the lobby was a bonus. We indulged in a relaxing massage at the spa, followed by a dip in the shimmering outdoor pool - such a chill vibe. The only tiny gripe was that the room numbering system was a bit confusing but nothing major! 🎆

Unpleasant experience with rude staff in the restaurant. Bed was comfortable and the pool games added fun to our stay.
