The hotel had a beautiful lobby with impressive artwork and comfortable seating. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was large and had separate sections for kids, and the chairs were very comfortable. The food at the pool and on the beach was excellent, with a great menu for both adults and kids. the hotel had a great atmosphere and we met some wonderful people during our stay.

Our room was a disaster. We were placed on a noisy floor above a dance club, and the loud thumping bass music kept us up from midnight until 5 am.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Miami Beach. The room was large, comfortable, and well furnished. The minibar was fully stocked and the hotel decor had a fun Miami Beach style. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from Lincoln Road. The staff was amazing and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back in the future.

I had a few hiccups during my stay at W South Beach, but overall it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchen area and balcony. The hotel has a beautiful pool and private beach area. The staff, particularly Mark St Hubert, the Director of Style, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and apologized for any inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Miami.
