The hotel's location in South Beach was perfect, as it was near all the landmarks and just steps away from the beautiful beach at the back of the property. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with well-maintained facilities and a lovely pool area. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and provided fantastic service.

I had a few hiccups during my stay at W South Beach, but overall it was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and had a nice kitchen area and balcony. The hotel has a beautiful pool and private beach area. The staff, particularly Mark St Hubert, the Director of Style, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and apologized for any inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Miami. I had a great experience at W South Beach.
