The new building is stunning and made my stay feel extra special! My room was so spacious and stylish—totally Instagram-worthy! The staff, especially Breona and Shermara, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

The view from my room was fantastic and I loved the downtown proximity. The bartender was a total rockstar and the breakfast, while not starting until 7, was surprisingly decent.

Parking is an additional cost, and there are frustrating policies regarding holds on cards. my request for a handicap-accessible room was mishandled. The intention is there, but execution needs significant improvement. Would I return? Yes, but with caution.

This hotel is a short walk to downtown and the Broadway entertainment district, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and soaking in the lively surroundings; I loved crossing the pedestrian bridge directly to Bridgestone Arena for a concert without worrying about traffic, and with Nissan Stadium right across the street, it's ideal for anyone attending events there too, plus the room was clean and nicely appointed, but the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement.
