The Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham Lubbock surpassed my expectations with spacious and well-appointed rooms, especially considering the price. The fully-equipped kitchenette was a lifesaver, and the room was at a comfortable temperature upon arrival.

One minor issue was the noise from the staff knocking on doors and being overly assertive about the closing time for amenities. This detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay.

The complimentary high-speed internet access throughout the building was a game-changer for my business trip. I was able to work seamlessly from the comfort of my room, just like at my own office. It made catching up on emails and video conferences a breeze, keeping my productivity at its peak.

Elevator maintenance issue.

This hotel was an excellent choice for my recent work trip. The hotel features 4 meeting rooms, which were perfect for our brainstorming session. The complimentary wired Internet access and business center were very convenient, and the express check-in made our stay smooth.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting planner to assist with organizing the event.

Everything is what we need and want.

This hotel is really great value for money. The rooms are in excellent condition, the beds are nice and comfortable, and everything is cleaned to a high standard. The location is perfect if you need to be close to the medical area of town, especially the hospital. The breakfast offered is fantastic - much better than your average "continental breakfast". I also appreciated how the hotel had attention to detail, such as having a high fan and hooks on the wall of the shower to hang towels.

The room size was generous and the beds were comfortable. the blackout curtains were a nice touch for a good night's sleep. the location was convenient, close to grocery stores, food options, and main roads in the city. It made getting around easy.

The overall upkeep of the hotel was not up to par. the furniture in the room looked worn and the refrigerator door was broken.

The continental breakfast and happy hour were great amenities. The front desk staff were super helpful. The room layout and furnishings were nice. The view from the fourth floor was amazing.

The room was spacious and had a "suite" atmosphere with great amenities. The bed was comfortable and we had an amazing shower. The hotel was impeccably clean, which impressed us as we are clean fanatics. The breakfast served by the nice lady in the morning was a real treat, with bacon, omelettes, and biscuits. The front desk was always efficient and helpful, making our stay even better. Hawthorn Suites provided great value for money and we will definitely be back.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing with a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel was located close to many popular attractions and restaurants which made it easy to get to places. the room was spacious and we enjoyed having a microwave and mini-fridge in the room for our convenience.

The housekeeping staff could have done a better job in cleaning the room. There were several instances where we found food leftovers in the fridge and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.
