I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in La Fortuna for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The rooms were lovely and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The Asian restaurant on-site had excellent vegetarian options, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The hotel is located deep in the rainforest, providing a unique and picturesque atmosphere. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had an incredible stay at Nayara Springs for our honeymoon. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The villa was stunning, with imported furniture and a plunge pool with a volcano view. The room service was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like rose petals and treats. it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. We're already planning our next trip back!

I recently stayed at this relaxed and individual hotel for 8 nights. The staff were amazing and the room was spotless. The outdoor hot spring pool was incredible. There is so much to do on the doorstep, including Arenal National Park and the volcano. The food options were plentiful and delicious, ranging from Costa Rican to Tapas to Asian cuisine. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel's location in the amazing rainforest at the base of the Arenal Volcano offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The spacious and luxurious rooms, imported furniture, and earthy decor create a relaxing and unique ambiance. The hotel facilities, including pools, spa, and restaurants, provide a variety of options for relaxation and dining. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, anticipating our needs and providing exceptional service.

The hotel facilities were top-notch. The pools were attractive and the service at the pool bars was pleasant and attentive. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful rainforest or jungle environment. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of, providing excellent Tico hospitality. The Asian and Tico restaurants served delicious food, making them some of the best options in the area.

Wow, my stay at Nayara Springs was absolutely fantastic! From the moment of check-in, I was impressed with the high quality and standard of everything. The villa was fabulous, the sushi bar was delicious, and the surrounding area was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The restaurants on the property were all fantastic, especially La Terraza and Asia Luna. The golf cart service was a great way to get around the resort. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The coffee and included breakfast in your room each morning were awesome. The location was also incredible. The property is amazing and all the villas are private, mixed with the vegetation and almost difficult to see from outside. They have a really nice view to the volcano on clear days and different restaurants, so you can pick from different cuisines. The rooms were spacious and luxurious and the staff very kind. Breakfast each morning was exceptional. We appreciated having an adults only environment, and also the guest to staff ratio was low - the service was very personal. The staff went out of their way to get to know us and our preferences.

The hotel provided complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge every day, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the rooms had both inside and outside showers, adding a luxurious touch to the stay. the hotel's location near the border of Nicaragua made it a convenient base for exploring multiple countries. Furthermore, the hotel's resident sloth was a unique and charming feature.

There was no relaxation area available in the spa after receiving a massage, which would have been a nice addition for guests to fully unwind. Additionally, the speed of the Sky tram and trek activity was not as fast-paced as expected, which may not satisfy adrenaline junkies.

The hotel had excellent wifi coverage and fast internet, even better than what I have at home. the staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate us in every way. the guided bird walk was a highlight, allowing us to experience the local wildlife firsthand.

The resort terrain was challenging and could be unsafe, especially when wet. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned the themed nights at La Terraza so we didn't miss out on special events.
