We've been coming to this place for the past 14 years and we always have a wonderful experience. The location is in a neighborhood of paradise valley and it is so beautiful and welcoming. The staff here are uniformly welcoming, friendly, and service-oriented. From the groundskeeper to the manager, everyone is friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was absolutely wonderful, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a patio. The restaurant on-site serves delicious food with special diet menus available. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax and unwind, and the spa center offers massages for ultimate relaxation. this venue provides a luxurious and comfortable experience that we highly recommend to our family.

We especially enjoyed dining by the soothing fountain in the expansive courtyard, creating a truly romantic atmosphere.

Best aspects during our xmas stay at this hotel were the beautiful landscaping and the charming casitas. the grounds were serene and well-maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the warm and professional staff, who were attentive and made us feel spoiled.

Worst aspects of our stay were the limited room options for upgrades and the abruptness of the person we worked with in the business office. We had booked the smallest room and were unable to upgrade due to lack of availability.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding, always friendly and willing to assist with any request. The breakfast, particularly the Eggs Benedict, was delicious. The outside setting was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. I loved sitting by the fireplaces outdoors while enjoying live Spanish guitar music. The pool area was well-maintained and provided plenty of privacy with the lounge chairs set far apart. The property itself is in a secluded area but still close enough to town for shopping and dining. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had the added bonus of a fireplace for chilly nights.

Despite a few drawbacks, we would definitely recommend a stay at this charming boutique hideaway.

The lack of designated smoking areas outside the bar/restaurant was a bit inconvenient, as many guests were smokers. the umbrellas in the courtyard need cleaning.
