The hotel had a great breakfast with friendly wait staff, and the handicap suite layout was accommodating for our family. The parking fee was affordable and included in/out privileges.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short 5-minute walk from the mall. The atrium inside was absolutely beautiful and created a lovely atmosphere. I was thrilled to find out that there was a Ruths Chris steakhouse on site, making dining convenient and delicious. The view from my room was nice and I appreciated the complimentary drinks in the evening and the complimentary breakfast in the morning. As a budget traveler, these amenities were a nice gesture and added value to my stay.

I felt very well taken care of, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Buckhead. Firstly, the location was perfect, situated in the heart of Buckhead and close to malls, I could easily explore the area without any hassle. Secondly, the staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Furthermore, the basic amenities in the rooms were great, with spacious rooms that featured 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, ensuring comfort and convenience. Lastly, the breakfast served by actual chefs was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options included in the rate.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent hospitality during our stay. Additionally, I really enjoyed the beautiful atrium and coy fish pond in the lobby, it added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

There were some negatives during our stay. The check-in process was frustrating as we were told we couldn't use a corporate code for discounted rates.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the evening reception. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. we recommend this hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was great! The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were delicious and generous. Also, the location was fantastic for exploring the city and attending events. One aspect I particularly enjoyed was the shuttle service, which was very convenient for getting around.

The check-in process was slow and caused us to be late for our first activity. Additionally, the room was somewhat dated and could benefit from some updates and renovations. However, overall we had a lovely time and appreciated the perks offered by the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The separate living room was a nice touch and provided extra space for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's key location, in close proximity to various attractions and amenities, made it convenient to explore the area. Lastly, one advantage that stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff, who were kind and provided assistance when needed.

One aspect that I disliked was the early breakfast reception hours, which ended at 9 am. This seemed a bit early, especially for families and those on vacation who may prefer a later start to the day. Additionally, the food selection during the evening reception was subpar, although the drinks were quite good. Lastly, the check-in process could have been smoother, as my room was not ready until 4:30 pm, despite the stated check-in time of 4 pm.

Our stay was in a location convenient to a few good restaurants and close to the event that had brought us to town. Unfortunately, that was about the only positive aspect of our stay. The room was dirty and rundown, with stained linens and furniture. The bathroom was equally as dirty, with unclean floors and broken fixtures. Service was mediocre at best, with housekeeping not showing up one day and front desk staff being unresponsive. Breakfast was lackluster and not worth waking up early for. The only redeeming quality was the decent pool and gym facilities.

The hotel lacked any notable amenities or special touches that would have made up for the poor service and subpar accommodations.

The breakfast line moved quickly and the food and beverages exceeded our expectations. The happy hour at the on-site restaurant/bar was great, and the bartender Scotty was friendly and professional. The location was excellent, with a variety of restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The indoor pool was perfect for families, and the hot tub was a great place for parents to relax. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites in Buckhead. The front desk staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the King size bed was especially comfortable. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast were delicious and definitely exceeded my expectations. The view from the hotel was amazing, and I loved the vibrant atmosphere of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Buckhead.
