We had a fantastic stay at Highbrook Motel! The room was charming, spacious, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Despite our non-refundable reservation, the manager graciously refunded us for the one night we had to leave early due to a family emergency. Our recent stay at Highbrook Motel was exceptional. The motel staff were pleasant and always ready to help. The property was spotlessly clean and quiet, making it a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved that it was conveniently located on the free bus line, even though not an official stop. The grab and go breakfast had a better than average selection, including delicious egg and cheese English muffins, oatmeal, and pastries. The room had nice little extras like a sound machine, USB charging ports, and good Wi-Fi. Plus, the motel is just a few minutes away from downtown and a short 7-minute drive to the park entrance. an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, very close to the downtown area with many great restaurants and within walking distance. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a nice variety of items to choose from and it was delivered right to our door. The staff was very pleasant, informative, and helpful.

We were impressed with the strong wifi and the excellent breakfast options provided, which were delivered to our room each morning. The motel also had a lovely outdoor seating area where we could relax and enjoy our coffee. We appreciated the warm, personal welcome and the little extras like cookies and coffee available all day. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even organizing to have my forgotten contacts and glasses delivered to the room. a great value and a place we would highly recommend.

The value for money at this motel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area on foot, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only improvement I can suggest for the breakfast is to provide reusable coffee cups and encourage guests to reuse the paper bags and cardboard trays.
