I recently stayed at Hilton Downtown for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service during our stay. They were extremely helpful with check-in and check-out, and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all downtown activities. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel had a convenient parking garage. We had a small issue with our parking payment, but Chris Hardy quickly resolved it. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed at Hilton for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. They gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The view from our corner room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the lake and city. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the 2nd floor lounge. The personalized service, including text messages from Kevin, was a nice touch. the staff's attitude was fantastic and made our stay even better.

We loved the location, right in downtown and close to all the most interesting attractions. The hotel facilities were modern and well kept, with a clear view of the lake and the city from our room on the 8th floor. The staff, especially Shaquille, were excellent and very helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Downtown and had a fantastic experience. Our overall stay was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with a stunning view from our room on the 28th floor. The rooftop bar was a highlight, despite being a bit pricy. The location was perfect, just a short walk from sports stadiums, entertainment venues, and a wide variety of restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at this venue was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and near most downtown attractions. It was very convenient for us as we attended the Wizard World Comic-Con at the nearby convention center. The service provided by the staff here was top-notch. Every single member of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay when they saw the do not disturb sign on our door. It was evident that the staff at this hotel takes pride in their work, and it speaks volumes for the management. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We also loved the rooftop bar, although it was a bit pricey. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The Hilton Cleveland Downtown exceeded my expectations. The location was superb, with easy access to both the city and the lake. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. The room on the 26th floor had a stunning view and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great spot to relax with a drink and enjoy the view. The complimentary parking and nearby events added to the overall amazing experience.

Our recent stay in downtown was wonderful. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see, and right next to the convention center where we attended a conference. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with blackout curtains that made sleeping a breeze. The view of the lake was a real treat! The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome. We especially enjoyed the fitness center, which had plenty of equipment and was kept very clean.

The lounge lacked variety and could use some improvement.

We spent our Xmas holidays at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. the hotel offered complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. the location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. the rooftop bar was a highlight, with fantastic views and great cocktails.

There was a waiting list for the rooftop bar in the evening, even though it was nearly empty. However, during the day there was no waiting list which was a plus.

Although the hotel was clean and convenient, there were a few areas that could be improved. the room felt a bit cramped for two people, especially during our 5-day stay.

There was an issue with the front desk staff regarding an unexpected upcharge for a different suite. Although the manager resolved it partially, it was still an inconvenience and left a negative impression.

As foreign tourists, we loved the outstanding staff who provided personalized service and made us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful with a great view and comfortable beds. The rooftop bar was stunning and well-stocked. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were friendly and polite.

Felt like our own home, no reason to complain.
