the in-room dining experience was disappointing , but the holiday decor throughout was stunning! loved the cozy rooms and the rooftop bar provided spectacular views. the staff was super helpful during our stay! 🎉✨

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and the lovely bar area for drinks. On my first stay, the staff provided great local info that I still remember. I recommend enjoying the indoor pool for relaxation. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

Walkin’ in, I was greeted by the friendliest bellman who helped my daughter and me to our room, pure kindness, I tell ya! The steak fries and wedge salad at dinner? Just outta this world! Strollin’ to the square was a breeze, and valet was super easy and quick. I sure loved the ambiance!

i'll give credit for the location, but everything else was not so stellar—beds were as hard as rocks, and the front desk staff couldn’t solve my payment issues at all. also, i expected a welcome gift for my troubles but got nothing. almost thought about posting a good review, but just couldn’t.

The view from my room was seriously jaw-dropping, just watching the lake and city lights. Plus, brekkie at the restaurant was a lekker treat, so much to choose from! The rooftop bar was a vibey spot for sundowners with mates, and the drinks? Top notch!

The elevator wait was a bit long after the concert, but ja, that’s just how it goes sometimes.

our stay at the hilton was fantastic! we had a king room on the 23rd floor with amazing views of the lake and skyline. the room was spacious and modern, perfect for relaxing. i loved enjoying coffee by the floor-to-ceiling windows each morning. plus, the bar on the 32nd floor had stunning views and great drinks, just a short walk from the rock hall. definitely worth it!

the hotel has a walk-in tunnel to the parking garage with music. breakfast service can be slow.

The room was super cozy, quiet, and just what we needed after our adventures. Plus, couldn't beat the location for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame—so close! The views were pretty spectacular from our room too.

But those glass barn doors in the bathroom? Talk about a night light! It's like they wanted to make sure even the neighbors knew when I was in there!

The Corner King Room had an amazing layout with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of Lake Erie and downtown. My bed was super comfy, and the HVAC unit kept things nice and quiet. Plus, the room had a refrigerator and a coffee maker, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that I wished there were more hooks for towels with four of us in the room. Overall, a great spot to relax!

The corner room we had was awesome, with views of both the lake and the skyline that made morning coffee a treat. I loved relaxing by the indoor pool and taking some time out in the cozy leisure room. Just a heads up, the elevator wait got a little long after a busy concert, but overall it was a fantastic stay! 😊
